Dear friends

My last Superb Suppers was definitely another tasty evening. My house was full,all my guests enjoyed the food and we had a great atmosphere.

I always forget to say thank you to my lovely two helpers Yasin and Olivia. I couldn't do it without their fantastic help and how well they look after my guests.
My next Superb Suppers is the 12th March.

Below is the menu I served for my previous Superb Suppers event.

Lamb Chops in a tomato and mint sauce
Mash potatoes
Carrots
Sweetheart cabbage
Rocket & Watercress salad


Dessert

Serious Chocolate Cake
With a pink grapefruit curd
and exotic fruits
